Parents and guardians of the Class of 2018, you’ve worked hard to get your kids to graduation day and you deserve to celebrate! You're invited to the Senior Parents Send-Off Party:

Event Address: Waxy's Irish Bar + Kitchen, 94 Hartwell Ave, Lexington (near the Hanscom gate)
Come as you are. No fancy attire. Enjoy food, libations, and a big display of countless photos and videos of our kids through the years. You will be very surprised at what we have unearthed!

$35 per person, which covers the venue booking, decorations, appetizers, a pasta bar, salad, desserts, and tissues in case you get weepy or cry tears of joy, There will be a cash bar. Use PayPal or mail a check (details below).
PICTURES & VIDEOS WANTED of BHS Seniors from Kindergarten through 12th grade. We are making some awesome displays for the Send-Off Party and will share the pics and videos for use at graduation and the All Night Graduation Party. Deadline for submissions is May 11 (we need time to prepare the displays!) Scroll down for more information.

RSVP IS REQUIRED for a headcount for catering and the room. Since we have limited space, sign up today so you don't miss out! RSVP by May 4. This is a busy time of year, so do it now before you forget.
Identify each person for whom you are ordering a ticket (up to 4 adults) and your Senior(s). We want to ensure we have your Senior(s) included in the evening's display:
After you Add to Cart, go to Checkout. There, you can increase your Quantity to buy more than 1 "ticket."
If you prefer to pay by check: First, fill out the "TO RSVP" section (above) and, next, promptly mail a check, payable to the BHSPA. In the check's memo line, write "Send-off Party" and your graduating senior(s) name(s). Send checks to the BHSPA at the BHS Front Office, 9 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA 01730. We must receive your payment by May 18.
You can submit photos & videos any time, even after your registration, as long as it's done by 5/11.
Please send digital photos (BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG).
If you have Gmail account and Google Drive, you may easily upload your photos and videos (up to 100 MB) via this link: https://goo.gl/forms/kwgodatX1UAQS8kx2. Otherwise, you should email your photos to BHS2018parents@gmail.com.
VIDEOS: If you have video footage to share of concerts, sports, music, dance, karate, etc. or group activities, please share with us. Upload them via the link (bottom of this page) by emailing them to BHS2018parents@gmail.com.
