All money paid for the planners and directories go to our costs for printing and our general funds to support school initiatives. See What We Do to read about some of our funding and activity of the past year. 

 

Planner:  For guaranteed delivery, place your order by Sun., 8/18.*  Goal is to deliver at the iPad Orientation Sessions (8/22, 8/28), Arena Day/New Student & 9th Grade Orientation Night (8/27) and during lunches the first week of school. 

 

Directory: For guaranteed delivery, place your order by Fri., 9/6.* Goal is to deliver on or before Back to School Night (9/26) and then at school lunches the following week. If the Directories are ready earlier, buyers will be notified by email and in eNews and our Facebook page. 

 

*We print what is ordered and a limited number of extras which will be available for sale at the above noted events and school lunches, on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last.


Planner

A student planner is a coil-bound paper booklet of school-year monthly and daily calendars customized with BHS class times, rotating day of the week, and school holidays.  A free PDF copy will be available to all students, who may use it on their school-issued iPads with Notability.  No student in financial need will be denied a planner. The student or family should contact the student's Assistant Principal to determine eligibility for a free paper planner.

Student Directory: The Directory lists all students, their home phone, address, & parents/guardian contact information, as found in the Aspen Parent Portal, as of 9/6/2019. Data is excluded from the Directory if it is missing from Aspen or an omission is requested.You should update your information in Aspen before 9/6/2019.

 

How Directory is listed: if a student’s parents/guardians reside at one address, the student and parents/guardians’ names are listed on one line with the home phone, home address, & primary email/email1 (see Aspen, Family tab, Contacts.) There is no separate column for a mobile, 2nd phone or 2nd email, but you may change the home phone, primary email, or any data listed in the Directory by using the table below. If a student has a parent/guardian living at a different address (Contact2), then the student’s Contact2 will be listed on an extra line for the student with Contact2’s home address, home phone, and email.
