Bedford High School’s Class of 2018 will graduate on June 7th – less than two months from now – and planning for the All Night Graduation Celebration has been underway since the Class of 2017 graduated!
This year we will be celebrating the 31st Anniversary of the tradition. Bedford High School, as a community, provides a safe and substance free evening where our graduates can celebrate, reminisce, and enjoy their last hours together as a class. Attendance at past celebrations has been approximately 97% of the graduating class.
A successful event depends on financial support from parents, guardians, community organizations, local businesses and from our co-sponsor, Bedford Youth and Family Services. The estimated cost of this year’s All Night Event is $25,000. This is a fantastic event!

As a parent or guardian in Bedford, your financial support is essential since we are funded entirely through contributions and receive no financial support from the school budget. We are proud to say that no graduating senior is ever denied access to the All Night Grad Party based on financial need.
To make a financial contribution, donate online via PayPal at paypal.me/BedfordAllNightGrad or fill out and mail thIs donation form. In particular we ask parents/guardians of Seniors to donate towards their student's graduation party.
In addition to financial support, the All Night Graduation Committee also needs volunteers. Parents/guardians of students of any age (whether Seniors, underclassmen, or in another Bedford public school) are needed for set up on the evening before graduation and the day of graduation. Please see the sign-up link (below) for the times of set up. NOTE: Senior parents/guardians who volunteer for setup will be able to leave set up in plenty of time to get to the graduation ceremony!)
We are also in need of chaperones throughout the event. Only underclassmen parents/guardians can chaperone this event so we ask those parents to please sign up as chaperones. (Senior Parents/Guardians are not permitted to volunteer during the actual All Night Grad Party.)
Additionally, after the All Night Grad Party, we need lots of parents to help with clean up at 5:30 a.m on Friday, June 8, as we have to put everything away in time for school to start for the underclassmen who are still in session. Many hands make light work! The clean-up typically takes just 60 - 90 minutes.
